Terms and Conditions
All applications must be approved before a booth is offered. Please allow up to one week for approval.
Once you receive the approval email, you will have 72 hours to send payment before we
will pass to the next vendor in line. (Email will have payment instructions)
Direct Sales vendors will be limited to one per company, and no more than 40% of total vendors.
We have the right to limit "like" merchandise.
This outdoor event will be rain or shine. If we are expected to have severe weather the event hours
may be adjusted or canceled
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances unless the event is canceled.
We will be following Covid 19 guidelines. All booths will be at least 6 feet apart. You are required to wear a mask when
you interacting with customers, vendors, or Family Tree staff.
Vendor set up starts at 8:30am. Breakdown is from 4-5pm.
You are responsible for bringing your own tent, tables, chairs and other booth set up.
Food Trucks must be licensed/inspected and able to supply their own electricity
All booths are located on the lawn. Absolutely no vehicles are permitted on the sidewalks or lawn - you are welcome to bring dollies, carts, or wagons
to carry in your merchandise.
There is no electric provided. You are welcome to bring your own generator, but it MUST
be a whisper/super quiet generator. (Enforced by the Parklands!)
All vendors are responsible for their own cleanup and trash removal.
